In addition to our consulting services our network offers integrated services for corporate accelerators and startups. Those include services e.g. existing shelf companies and services such as accounting, tax and legal advice as well as marketing and brand development. In special cases, we can also hold interim management positions on the C- and N-1 level.

Interim Management

Based on your needs, we can provide specialists and consultants who can hold interim positions in various non-technical departments of your accelerator e.g. Head of corporate development, finance or marketing. Usually, we fill C- and N-1 level positions with staff.

Legal Services

Legal services are provided by our lawyers in London and Düsseldorf. Their legal speciality suit accelerator and startup needs which include corporate law, employment law, internet legislation.

Accounting services are provided by external tax and accouting experts, with a special focus on strategy and tax optimization, financial accounting, and payroll services.
